The QHSES Leadership Academy is a prestigious and tuition-free social innovation academy driven by a passion for humanity and envisioned to develop Sustainable Leaders who strive to have positive and lasting impacts on people, organizations and society through professional excellence, integrity and spirit of service thereby creating a sustainable future that works for all.

The Academy derives its name from “QHSES”- Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability is a 6 month, intensive and sustainable Mentorship and Coaching Scheme (MCS) which offers clear thinking in a complex world and provides young professionals with the opportunity to learn leadership skills and technical knowledge that enhance their career path and professional excellence; we are committed to educating and developing youths and builders of enterprises who create value for their stakeholders and society at large;

With a Vision to be a leading learning platform where people are inspired to make the world a better place and Mission to build responsible leaders who make difference in people’s lives through sustainable learning, We provide the platform to learn, unlearn and relearn through a strategic learning process that enables all students to create and share their own experiences, thus becoming active creators of learning rather than being passive consumers of knowledge through our formidable team with outstanding collaboration (UBUNTU).

At present, the QHSES Leadership Academy has graduated 94 participants and now has 300 participants passing through 50 modules from 35 certified Facilitators with expertise in Quality Management, HSE Management, Sustainability, CSR and ESG, Ergonomics, Process Safety, Business Process Improvement and Six Sigma, Project Management, Business Continuity Management, ISO Management Systems and Audit (ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015), Construction Safety, Manufacturing Safety Management, Marine Safety Operations and Enterprise Risk Management, Legal and Contract Management etc.

Our next focus is to build an accredited professional higher education academy by partnering with the World’s biggest Professional Higher Education (PHE) where you learn to accelerate local sustainable innovation, earn a global MBA at a very affordable fee and develop lifelong critical skills to build and lead socially focused ventures for optimal results.
